On 7 December 2007, Asia Art
Archive (AAA) will hold its sixth annual fundraiser with a dinner and
auction of over 50 works donated by established and up-and-coming Asian
artists and galleries at The China Club,
Hong Kong.
After 7 years of hard work building the world’s most comprehensive and
accessible resource for contemporary Asian art, AAA is looking towards the future.
The goal of this year’s fundraiser is to build an endowment which will
ensure that this important resource is around for generations to come. |

As the dinner is sold out,
absentee bids will be accepted until 10am (HKT) on the auction day.
To allow the public and interested buyers to view the works, a preview
will be held at Sotheby’s Hong Kong office and an online auction
catalogue is available.
All proceeds raised from this year’s auction will go to AAA’s endowment
as well as ongoing operations. |
