The DVD contains an interview with Poklong Anading by Phoebe Wong on the work Ocular, a video installation (2009) featured at 'Some Rooms', a group show presented by Osage Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Ocular began with a set of photographs of the artist's now deceased mother, that were steadily accumulated over 11 years. Taken during the period of her life when she had worked in Hong Kong as a domestic helper, the photographs were sent back home to her children in the Philippines as keepsakes. Reconstructing his mother's unknown life from these photographic fragments, Anading retraces her steps in Hong Kong by following the clues in the photographs to identify and film the locations where photographs had been taken."
