In Memoriam | Chen Shaoxiong (1962–2016)

Artist Chen Shaoxiong, close friend and collaborator of AAA, passed away in the morning of 26 November 2016, at the age of 54. Chen was born in 1962 in Shantou, Guangdong. He graduated from the Printmaking Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. He was a member of the artist groups Southern Artists Salon and Big Tail Elephants Group. He was considered one of today’s most original and challenging artists.
We will always remember and be grateful to this extraordinary artist and dear friend.
