Donate & Suggest Material

Call for Material Donations

AAA has been building its collection of material on contemporary art in Asia since its inception in 2000. The collection consists of publications and primary reference material in all formats, printed and digital. Asia Art Archive needs your material donations.

In donating material to AAA, you are helping to create a collection belonging to the public and sharing resources that are crucial for research, critical discourse, and writing about contemporary art in Asia. Donors are listed in the monthly updated Thank You section of AAA's homepage.

Material that falls into AAA’s Scope of Acquisitions will be added to the collection once catalogued. All donated material will be accessible to the public free of charge from AAA’s physical library in Hong Kong and searchable online through AAA’s website. AAA has a policy of openness and aims to make as much in its collection as possible available through the Collection Online platform. Please see AAA’s Terms and Conditions of Use for further information.
